APQP method
We use the APQP method to plan and structure product development, from design to production, ensuring quality at every stage.
Dantotsu
We apply the Dantotsu method to strive for excellence by constantly improving processes, reducing defects, and exceeding performance standards.
Poka-Yoke
We use Poka-Yoke to prevent human error by incorporating devices or procedures that prevent defects before they occur.
