Contact forms – personal data – GDPR

Users can browse the Website without having to reveal their identity or any other personal information. However, Users have the option of using the Website’s services to contact SERTA directly.

The information collected on the forms (first name, last name, company, position, email address, telephone number) is sent by encrypted email to our sales department, human resources department, or communications department, depending on the reason for the request, for manual processing and response to the request (purpose of processing). It may also be processed electronically for the purpose of sending quotes or job offers.

Personal data is only kept for the time strictly necessary to manage the commercial relationship and within the limits imposed by law. This means that the duration can vary from a few days to several years. SERTA undertakes to delete personal data from its databases at the end of the various periods.

In accordance with Decree No. 2019-536 of May 29, 2019, implementing Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and civil liberties, you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you, which you may exercise by contacting the Human Resources Department – 29 rue des champs 85170 LE POIRE SUR VIE – FRANCE or by email to alerterh@serta-group.com.

You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data concerning you.

 

Audience measurement

We use Matomo, a free audience measurement tool that complies with the GDPR and respects your privacy, and is therefore exempt from consent in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority), with two objectives:

  • to measure the site’s audience.
  • to produce anonymous statistical data.
